BPCMi Restaurant Series Gas Cheesemelters
The BPCMi series cheesmelters are a great choice for melting cheese and browning due to top-only heating elements. Models are available in a range of widths from 24" to 72" and feature either one or two burners producing a total output from 20,000 to 70,000 BTUH. The single, pull-out wire rack allows for easy loading and unloading, while the broiler pan is removable for convenient cleaning. These cheesemelters have adjustable gas valves to provide greater temperature control, and continuous pilots allow for quick and easy lighting. Options include either 4” legs for countertop use, a wall-mounting kit, and an assembly for mounting on our Restaurant Series ranges.
BPSBi Restaurant Series Gas Salamanders
The BPSBi series salamanders are a great choice for finishing steaks, browning chicken, or cooking fish products. These salamanders are available in either a 24" or 36" width with a 20,000 or 35,000 BTUH burner that provides infrared heat through top and bottom heating elements. The single, roll-out broiler rack may be set to multiple height settings with cool-touch knobs, while the adjustable gas valve provides you greater temperature control to perfect cooking results. The continuous pilot makes this salamander easy to light and broiler pan is removable for convenient cleaning. Options include either 4” legs for countertop use, a wall-mounting kit, or an assembly for mounting on our Restaurant Series ranges.
